We have already talked about how the raw materials for production and the final products themselves are tested, both in terms of chemicals and microbiology. However, not only they affect the quality of the product. So what else do we pay attention to? On the water!

I think that you do not need to explain to anyone what importance for the health of our body is its proper hydration and how much water is in it. It is necessary for the proper functioning of various processes and the activities of individual organs. Also in the case of production processes, water has a significant impact on ensuring the proper quality of the product.

Water, after an appropriate purification on the filter bed, can be used directly for production, therefore its microbiological and chemical quality will affect the quality and safety of the final product. It also affects the correctness of the analyses performed in the Quality Control Department, because if it is not followed, we may obtain results that will not be reliable. Therefore, we conduct analyses of its quality according to a set schedule, in order to avoid such consequences. In accordance with the specified specification, we also test tap water used to clean equipment and production rooms – the quality of these activities affects the maintenance of appropriate sanitary conditions in production, and thus ultimately ensures the safety of patients and consumers who take our drugs and / or dietary supplements.

If you would like to commission us to perform an analysis of purified water and / or tap water, please send an e-mail to the following address: laboratorium@labor.com.pl, b.wieclaw@labor.com.pl or r.kowalczyk@labor.com.pl to arrange the details offers.

We look forward to working with you!
